Issue of Demand Letter / Power of Attorney from the Company

Step 1

Employer needs to raise Demand Letter / Power Of Attorney by registering on www.emigrate.gov.in

Step 2

Employer then prints the generated Demand Letter online from Emigrate portal on his company letter head issued in favour of EN International Overseas Services stating the Job categories, Number of workers required in each category, Monthly Salary, Duration of Contract and other amenities for workers such as Food, Medical, Transport, Air Tickets, accommodation etc.

Step 3

The Employer also prints the Power of Attorney generated online from the Emigrate portal in favour of EN International Overseas Services stating addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned Embassy in India, informing them that M/s. EN International Overseas Services stating is their bonafide Manpower recruiting agent and is fully authorized to deal with all Visa matters, submissions and delivery, with the said Embassy. (Applicable to Middle East and Far- East countries only).

Initiating the Recruitment Process By our Resources

  • Our Database / Direct Advertisement / Digital Advertisement / Portals / Associates / References / Outstation Recruitment
  • Shortlisting & Screening the suitable candidates as per the Client’s requirement

Interviewing Process

  • Initiating the Interview Process by the Client via Face to Face or Video Conference or CV Selection
  • Conducting practical Trade Test if and where required
  • Signing the Final Employment Contract for the selected candidates

Post Selection Process

  • Ensuring Selected Candidates undergo Medical Examination / PCC
  • Completing All Insurance & Immigration related formalities with necessary documents for error free Visa Processing

Pre Departure

  • Making the necessary Travel arrangements for the selected candidates as per the Client Mobilization list
  • Handover the Visa documents, Ticket copy and necessary documents for selected candidates.
  • The workers are informed about their duties, responsibilities and firsthand information of work environment of the foreign country they will be working in.
  • They are also briefed about the salient features of Labour laws of the country of employment.
  • Mobilizing the candidates as per the given schedule by the Client

Post Departure

  • Keeping the Track of the Mobilized candidates and providing assistance if required.
