- Shortlisting & Screening the suitable candidates as per the Client’s requirement
- Initiating the Interview Process by the Client via Face to Face or Video Conference or CV Selection
- Conducting practical Trade Test if and where required
- Signing the Final Employment Contract for the selected candidates
- Ensuring Selected Candidates undergo Medical Examination / PCC
- Completing All Insurance & Immigration related formalities with necessary documents for error free Visa Processing
- Making the necessary Travel arrangements for the selected candidates as per the Client Mobilization list
- Handover the Visa documents, Ticket copy and necessary documents for selected candidates.
- The workers are informed about their duties, responsibilities and firsthand information of work environment of the foreign country they will be working in.
- They are also briefed about the salient features of Labour laws of the country of employment.
- Mobilizing the candidates as per the given schedule by the Client
- Keeping the Track of the Mobilized candidates and providing assistance if required.
